"I'm the new governor of New Soomy City! We have successfully found the Soomy Diamond! I will be hosting a grand speech at the achievement where I will reveal the Diamond's true potential. You may have heard rumours about a group of people that are known for their expert heists, but rest assured that the building where the speech is happening is heavily secured with the greatest technology and the most professionally trained guards.
While you wait for my speech, take a nice walk around your newly governed city."

New Soomy City is a bustling city now governed by GovernorSB. There are many citizens walking around and talking:

"I hear the governor retrieved the Soomy Diamond!"

"I wonder what the governor is talking about when he says a 'new company' is coming to town..."
"I heard rumours of a heist on the Soomy Diamond... Could it be true?"
The game's description and the citizens talk about the Soomy Diamond, an artifact found by GovernorSB. There is also talk of a professional criminal group in the city who were rumoured to be performing a heist on the diamond. Adverts can be seen throughout the city about the Soomy Diamond on display at the "Heights Museum". Alongside these adverts is a billboard for ADVERTcorp, tucked in an alleyway and an advert for Speedy Fig Pudding Simulator, a game by "figpuddings" who is under the rank "ADVERTcorp worker" in the Epix Gamer Group.

Amongst the citizens are policemen who look like old-style ROBLOX characters and wear police hats. They can be seen on the thumbnail for the game too. They also talk like the citizens but with different dialogue:

"No thieves on my watch."
"Those 'master thieves' aren't gonna get anywhere near the Soomy Diamond!"
"I will protect the Soomy Diamond with my life!"
"Support the governor!"
"Lawless criminals..."
NPCs drive cars around the city but often just crash them. Dotted around the city are various tools such as pizza, selfie sticks, a toy diamond and more. The player can spawn a vehicle near one of the bus stops in the city. There is also a football pitch where the player can play football against others. A badge can be earned from kicking the ball.

Badges
There are five available badges that can be obtained in New Soomy City.

This badge is a freebie: simply join the game to get it.

Find the football pitch and simply kick the ball to get the badge.
"Nutritious"
"Don't eat that!"

To get the badge you need to find the ROBLOX doll. It can be found hidden away in a gated section under trees, in-between two tall buildings. The gated area is behind a bus stop.
"Unfamiliar Doll"
"Who threw this away...?"

To get the badge you need to find the Tails Doll. As the description suggests, it can be found in a bin. This yellow bin is in a back alley with an ADVERTcorp poster above it. Enter the bin and collect the doll to obtain the badge.

To get the badge you need to find flan. It can be found on a rooftop with a Speedy Fig Pudding Simulator advert above it. To get to the rooftop, find the umbrella on an outdoor table. The table and umbrella can be found near the "spawn car" button. Jump on the umbrella to be bounced up onto the rooftop and collect the flan to get the badge.
